The Mogck+Eberle team has known for many years what makes the brokerage, marketing and development of real estate on Sylt so unique. They advise, accompany and realize the purchase and sale of exclusive properties and land with comprehensive experience, personal service, an extensive network and surprise with a special eye for detail.
Approach
Based on the jointly developed brand strategy, a clear design system was created that focuses on the unique nature and distinctive architectural features of Sylt, consistently conveying the brand across all touchpoints.
As a future-oriented broker and project developer, Mogck+Eberle focused on the website and digital tools for real estate brokerage and marketing. In iterative sprints, we developed the user experience, designed and implemented a variable user interface kit. In addition, we ensured the interface to the established brokerage software via an Open API. We realized all digital and analog media: from website to image campaign to high-quality produced print materials.

Animations and interactions are important elements of the digital experience at Mogck+Eberle: Fluid and decelerated movements convey the feeling of life on the island of Sylt.
Real estate marketing is people’s business: The warm and approachable imagery provides insights into the daily routine of Mogck+Eberle and shows the joy of perfection: from the first planning - to the successful closure.
