100 years of FRANK: An anniversary design for everyone who is FRANK.
Context
FRANK is one of Hamburg’s largest and most established housing companies. Since 1925, FRANK has been developing, building, renting, and managing residential spaces—always with the ambition to unite quality, community, and long-term viability. Today, FRANK is much more than a real estate company: it is a community of values that actively shapes sustainability, social participation, and human connection. For its 100th anniversary, this mindset was to be made visible across all channels—with a clear focus on the future.

Our design concept makes this attitude visible: a key visual, extracted from the FRANK word mark, puts people at the center – the real power of FRANK. The iconic figures stand for diversity, cohesion, and the superpower of community.
This creates a dynamic design system that can change throughout the anniversary year – depending on the occasion, channel, and context. Complemented by a fresh color palette, concise campaigns, and digital tools that not only celebrate but also connect.

100 years of FRANK – a visual statement for community and change.
A system for the whole year. For the anniversary, we developed a flexible design system that links the past, present, and future. A key visual that puts people at the center. An anniversary logo that makes synergies visible. A design concept that shows attitude throughout the whole year—consistent, lively, across all channels.
Who is FRANK, really? All of us. “I am FRANK” is a campaign about identity and belonging. It gives employees a stage – a visible voice.
Visibility, pride, and identification—both internally and externally. The campaign presents FRANK as a brand with attitude, transforming it into an employer brand that not only speaks, but also connects.
A day that brings people together. Employees come together at the big summer party – with workshops, lectures, music, and international cuisine. A day full of encounters, diversity, and genuine team spirit. An experience that shows what FRANK is all about: community.
